Our Team
AT JAYARIA EduTeam is one that experiences organic growth and development with close internal guidance and support. Our EduTeam has a shared commitment of ongoing learning and development and positively engages in training to meet the evolving needs of the children and environmental changes.
ATJR EduTeam is characterized by a diverse range of skills and experiences with a majority minimum academic qualification of diploma holders. Our diverse range of skills and experiences are valued and leveraged to create a well- rounded and high performing team. Sharing knowledge and experience to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement are important as our EduTeam daily practices.
To maintain a healthy team, ATJR Education Group keeps an open- door policy and welcomes new members who share the team’s passion and commitment to the mission. New members will be given a thorough onboarding process and provided the necessary resources to integrate into our EduTeam smoothly.
